Therapy helps bring unconscious patterns into the light so you can understand them, loosen their grip and move forward in a way that feels real and lasting. I don’t work with one fixed method. I work with you.
That means your goals, your pace and your nervous system guide the process; not a protocol. I draw from a wide range of approaches and combine them in a way that fits what you need in the moment.
Over the years, I’ve trained in hypnotherapy, cognitive work, trauma-informed methods, body-oriented therapy, breathwork, parts work, inner child work and systemic techniques. Rather than keeping these in separate boxes, I blend them to support your process as it unfolds.
