We start with a free, no-obligation phone call to see whether we’re a good fit and to briefly map what you’re dealing with. After that, we always begin with an online intake session where we explore your questions and goals in more depth.
After the intake, sessions can take place in person at my practice in Amersfoort, online, or outdoors in the forest as walk-and-talk therapy.
We decide the length of the process together and review it regularly. For some people, five sessions are enough to create an important shift; others choose a longer, more in-depth process. You stay in charge of your own journey and we tailor the work to your needs and goals.
I work in a queer-affirming and neurodivergent-friendly way. Sessions are available in Amersfoort and online.

Group sessions are available through Queer Shamanism; a space for LGBTQ+ community, ritual and grounded change. We facilitate therapeutic group rituals rooted in queer and neurodivergent experience and the rhythm of the seasons.
The work is practical and embodied. We use movement, breath, art, writing, and sharing so insights don’t just stay in your head; they land in your body and your daily life.
We hold space for the things life rarely trains you for; identity shifts, transitions, break-ups, grief, rage, and starting over, in a structured and supportive way. Led by and for LGBTQ+ people.
